My UX31 I now have a week and can not see any real weaknesses on the device. Processing, display, sound and speed are extraordinary.

Of course, this notebook has weaknesses, but the display - as in another review - to be described as useless, is simply nonsense. The viewing-angle independence could be better, in fact, but it is no worse than others NB.
These are brightness and resolution (1600x900) at very high levels. Who does not like Apple and NB at the same processing level searches, is right at the ASUS UX31.
