I was very critical and am thrilled. If you follow the instructions, it is quite sufficient to take every 5-6 hours again something to be. No hunger, no cravings and my chocolate addiction had already disappeared after the 2nd ration. Result: 8 kilos in 2 weeks. (I am 1.74 m and have normal weight - to get to my goal weight wellbeing of times before menopause again). Without movement it is not natural. But I'm not very sportsman. 4 times per week + 1 hour brisk walking a little gym to build muscle. Meanwhile, I eat in the evening back to "normal" (but deliberately low in fat and rich in vitamins). I have not increased them, but the decrease is slightly slower. I think that's not bad - after all, I want to achieve the yo-yo effect in any case. Is the way to feel good to feel good again in a bikini ;-)) By the way all menopausal symptoms have disappeared along with the kilos! Would recommend this only!
