I use it in the warm months in office. That thing makes already at level 1 (of 2) tidy wind, and is yet pleasantly quiet (practically inaudible).
It can be adjusted in steps (high / low).
When times "purely" engages accidentally, nothing happens, because the fabric blades are soft.
So far he shows no signs of fatigue. If he someday give up the ghost, I'll buy the same model again :)
