It quickly toaster toasts bread. The only problem is to find the right setting but me who loves good toast it very well and you should not expect 5 minutes. You can put any type of bread if the bread is too thick it takes a little crush it before putting. By cons it is hard to see the point that indicates the heat level selected apart from this detail (one point redone with a permanent marker corrects this flaw) is satisfactory and toaster that works better than my previous toaster 4 slots that was very very slow. Also you can put 2 times 4 pieces of baguette so that's not bad for a family lunch. The grid for pastries is not bad, it helps to warm croissants and toast them a little below (you can put 2-3 max). So quite satisfied considering the price of the unit.
