I think I can say that this book is THE missing link in many personal development method to know: How to be well with oneself, others and what one has to do. The numerous but very simple protocols of this work lead us to let go in 2 times 3 movements. Because here I agree with one of the comments Previous: what nonsense this phrase so often used "But finally see Should you let go-taking ...." (already the sense point of view it does not take ...)
