All screws and plugs you are required to screw available. The base plate is bolted to the rear first flat then you ankle for the wall bracket on the wall. Now you can mount the flatscreen on the wall bracket and screw with 2 nuts but I have made alone has a couple more easily. Now you only have all the bolts at the joints easily fixed or rotate depending on how easily should be able to move the flat screen. New releases these screws were all too tight. The cables can be practically up and down through the two plastic covers that are removable lead. I am very satisfied with the installation, the pivoting and processing.
