After the 16-year-old and defective Sony tube TV has been replaced by a Sony Bravia KDL-32EX705, I also wanted a Blu-ray player from Sony, not least to help reduce the number of remote controls. The images of "Earth" are something of brilliant, unbelievable! A direct comparison to other players I did not, because it's my first Blu-ray player. Unfortunately this first impression was marred by (known) sound interruptions something. There were short 1-2s dropouts every few minutes. Googled short and relevant indications of a new firmware found. The firmware update to the current version from 7.7.2010 has resolved the issue. After switching on the player takes audible on his work, which after reading the disc no longer is but perceptible.
I can recommend the S370 completely, particularly in conjunction with Sony Bravia.
