After a single application in the microwave already damaged

Even after the first application in the microwave at 600 watts for 5 minutes it has "burned" into the plastic top on the edge of the brand new box. So neither full speed, nor particularly long. Very pity is, but advertised with microwaveable. Cleaning can no longer, stay that way. Tried not even intensive to clean it, the can scratched while most - even without the abrasive side (black side) of the usual sponges to use.
If you do not want to mess up the cans, then there is nothing left than it does to warm up or defrost to use.

What's the cans also not tolerated, if they come with hot water from the kettle into contact.
