This WMF leaves after pressing uniformly sized pieces, which is very important. For example, my tomato sauce tastes much milder now than before ..
Perhaps because I recently by cutting the garlic cloves and remove the green, bitter core. Perhaps 'neutralized' the RVS material of the press also something the pungency of garlic pressed.
