After initial difficulties - pleasant ...

Very, very well packaged. The pad itself is quite heavy and a bit unwieldy.
But ... then festgekreppt on my office chair ... and up set full of hope ...

Otherwise, I am for the price and the massage that I get (if I have at last found the right position) and the heating function very satisfied.
