I have a sports background, I felt on the downward slope, through this method I feel great in my body but also in my head. I feel I have gained strength and energy in my life everyday. I learned a lot about the concept of recovery.
Stretching exercises made me achieve feats that I thought reserved to others. I could not touch the ground with my fingers, now I start asking my knuckles flat!
On the other hand I think through these flexibility exercises, some muscle spasms disappeared and a recurring elbow pain.
I also reviewed my diet.
By cons as said elsewhere it is hard, even very hard, but surprisingly motivation is growing.
I note my perfs in an excel file, uplifting to see the progress and taking gradual weight ..
As the author says it's very motivating.
Too bad I did not discover this method earlier, but better late than never!
