The "Office Home and Student 2010 Family Pack (includes three licenses)" is true with "Buy Now Office and get the new Office for free!" By Microsoft advertised. In the eligibility requirements for this offer can be found at Microsoft: "The offer is limited to one (1) Office product for each purchased, according to upgrade qualifying Office 2010 or Office for Mac 2011 product, up to the maximum allowable number."
That's true but not so. It can be related to Office 2013 upgrade only one of the three licenses purchased. (The Microsoft Support has just confirmed to me.)
I see it as a deception by a sham and a case for the protection of consumers !.
