I have here times my experience with the Epson service to get rid of, because I'm quite surprised. I bought about a year ago a 13 WF-3520. Knappe 4 weeks after the end of the warranty of the printer suddenly informed me without cause a paper jam. There was never any torn pieces of paper and even were in the unit. So it was no longer possible to print. Printers brought in the week before Christmas to the dealer, who has sent him to me with a request to sign of goodwill at Epson. At 27.12. came instead of a repaired WF3520 back a brand new WF3620. This was equipped with 4 full original cartridges and Epson also put four more original welded Epson XL cartridges worth 105 with it. All completely for free as part of a sign of goodwill. I was skeptical at first because I had the 3520 then picked me because of its exact match for my cabinet width of 44.5 cm, if the 3620 would fit there. Fortunately, the 3620 is just as broad as the 3520, otherwise I would have had a problem. Of course, the 3520 has a bit more simplistic design as it works without any buttons. But I feel the menu and the software of 3620 as far more intuitive and tidy. The only drawback: the 3620 requires other cartridges than its predecessor, so I can not use previously purchased two color cartridges. Why Epson has me returned no identical printers I do not know. The 3520 is still officially commercially available. Nevertheless, I think the simple processing of Epson for very customer-friendly, since I have come after 13 months without costs Complementary services to benefit from a new printer. Or has a snag, I'll only find out later?
