Use time:
only briefly tested and compared
Grip and handling
The handle is really very pleasant and non-slip, both of form and of Meterial. Very good workmanship - no gaps and column.
The handle is angehem tall and fits well in men's hands - as well as smaller women cope well with it. The grip is much better, more convenient and of higher quality than the twin TWINpoint for my hands.
Use
Meat, vegetables .. all sorts. Due to the pleasant length of 17cm, it really is suitable for almost all the work. Could be calm even a cm longer - but is viell ideal for people like the more manageable knife..
The momentum of the blade is a little more pronounced than in the models of Gemini, which also allows easier cradle section. It to drive with the top in large watermelon is just .. hard at Santokus :)
Kinge and cutting behavior
sharp, really sharp.
When delivered, it was about as sharp as a twin Pollux Santoku - also was cut similarly.
Someone who always expect top cutting performance in this Presiniveau, may buy a grindstone and learn how to cut at an old knife. Then you have long his life always "good" knife.
The blade is wider than 2 mm and therefore significantly wider than the twins at the back of this knife. Unfortunately, otherwise it would be top. So it is still a good knife and a real-rounder, but presented Berndes, slightly cutting performance in harder vegetables. It cuts still good, but a twin Pollux reaps better.
Conclusion:
Very good knife with installations specially designed plastic handle and high quality workmanship - and yet a twin Pollux is dear to me, because by 1cm longer and because the blade is slightly slimmer and I'm just horny for real good cutting :)
(For normal home use, it is really sharp enough, not that there is created a false impression)
