Got the capsules ordered because of knee pain. The doctor prescribed diclofenac and analgesics, it said might be an incipient arthritis. Had fear of a knee surgery. Have the drugs taken at the beginning of the pain, and started at the same time green-lipped mussel. After about 4 weeks, I was able to reduce the medication gradually, and then allowed to settle completely. After about 3 months I was able to walk without pain and climb stairs. Also cracking in the joints such as the cervical spine is almost gone. So I swear by the stuff, now take 2 pills morning and evening. Side effects so far I could not identify. A slight fishy taste after taking disappears after a short time.
