I have a Canon lens 24-105 ordered at random, because I could tell already other Canon lenses the STM series. I am positively surprised by the image quality of the STM series. I mean, you can put the STM series with the L-series and the same for half the price. On the negative side, that's not a lens hood present at the delivery. When ordering the lens hood must make sure that the panel does not have any screw, because you thereby damaging the lens. There must be an EW-83M panel.
