No, you can not say with this album! Just because the Cavalera brothers have come together for a studio album after many years that does not mean that also revives the old Sepultura sound. Sepultura with Max and Iggor Cavalera are history. Here we have a metal / thrash album that indeed stands out among the many new releases, but it can not quite match the old Sepultura times (to ???). The songs are straight, some excellent thrash metal, but they lose little by little. Apart from the theme song is no song falls on properly. Four stars are there anyway, because the album is well produced, because the title song is a hammer part, and because Max and Iggor can bring more of it quietly. Had the whole album that kept what the title song "Inflicted" promises, this could have been a 110% strength milestone in thrash metal - with full marks. Anyway, the album for every thrash metal fan, for each Sepultura fan and for every Soulfly fan is a must.
