Unfortunately it does not work properly due to my Nikon D7100. How could it be otherwise ?! The by zooming in and out and the "scroll", ... so that I could still live. But who make beautiful pictures at a wedding with this objective, not every hour change the battery, and will be looking for an outlet, preferring to let it alone. Unfortunately, the measure off the OS does not help, either.
Since Sigma has made in the compatibility just with one of the currently most recent and most popular cameras a huge mistake. And no, it is not due to Nikon. This was even confirmed by Sigma. This error has only one advantage: It is based again on the original objectives of the manufacturer: the Nikkor 16-85mm either 1: 3.5-5.6G which not only provides more focal length, but also fantastically sharply defined, or the sinful Nikkor 17-55mm expensive 1: 2.8G, but the well all the dreams fulfilled (currently with cash-back action). I opt for probably a very different version: Nikkor 16-85mm 1: 3.5-5.6G as all-rounder and the 50mm 1: 1.8 g. The latter is already the like for weddings, PortrÀitaufnahmen unverzichbar. Clear, rather than replace the battery, you have to change the appearance. But I have at least not somewhere in between ... :-) charge.
