It is not easy to evaluate this sports equipment, because on one hand it is endlessly versatile and I am excited about the part: It can be put on the rounded side and steppes like crazy (sideways or forwards), the small red disc on top can be rotated so that you can forward questions and practice the pelvic thrust for the next ski season or sitting on it and train the abdominal muscles. One can show small roles on the flat side and the whole unit moving in pushup position forward and back, which also trains the abdominal muscles ... well, and so on and so on. The device is actually - in my view - the big hit. Only problem: Obviously sees not the manufacturer. Whatever is happening, the product was apparently "given up" relatively quickly. That is now very simple for me as a user: more exercise videos are non-existent. There is an exercise video with a cardio program and a training video with Pilates, accompanying the appliance, which however suffer something that a lot of introduction and introduction to the device thereby are - at first contact with the device that's great, but if I have to listen to the same old story to me over and over again, even though I now already knows how to, for example, the elastic bars hangs properly and really just wanted to make the cardio program, which can be annoying. Here, for example, have offered to split the DVD program in an introductory phase and the actual exercise program, which was unfortunately missed. Now you could argue that I could put together with all the exercise opportunities offered by the device, my own exercise program ... yes, could have, but I would prefer if I get set before an exercise program, in which I then also white that everything fits and makes the sequence of the individual exercises in an overall concept meaning. Whether I can do that so as uncreative layman? Probably not. My conclusion therefore: The device would have a lot of potential, but it obviously does not market and it is difficult to have the layman really all exploit the versatile training opportunities in "on their own". For EIA I would not have purchased the equipment and could also not really recommend. For warehouse Deal price of just 30 I am all in all, but at least so satisfied that I can in good conscience distribute 3 star.
