I have a little tendency to procrastinate, and I have always struggled to organize myself properly. What really out of there me was this book on GTD (Getting Things Done, or "how to advance the schmilblick"). There are actually two complementary parts. First, the organization itself, clearly explained, with a system for recording tasks, classification, and in the end be able to do. Moreover, the consequence of this recording: the fact that his head is empty, and put flat all these tasks (or should I say "his" tasks). It frees the mind, hence stress reduction. As a method, it is really effective, at least it suits me well, who am a natural logic. The book itself explains everything you need to know, is clearly structured, and is punctuated with a few examples of the benefits of this or how to proceed. As part of the development project staff non-spiritual "(so to speak), it's really a must. And I apply it both at work and in private.
