Why? Because Dragon's Dogma is a difficult game ... Very demanding, it's a game which has everything you could want in a game of this style: an enchanted world, epic battles, a terrifying bestiary, and especially , a breathtaking ambience ... In Dragon's Dogma, you will find regularly in dark forests -fully sombres- night, with your team of adventurers to defend against various abominations lurking, and you asking if you come to reach a haven of rest until morning ... And quite often you do not reach. Indeed, Dragon's Dogma is very difficult, but this same difficulty makes it attractive, it pushes you to go beyond ... And just for successfully instill such emotion that it was worth some attention here, at least a little bit ...
But it is far from perfect ... Very poorly optimized for the PS3, the framerate is often very low, and the absence of rapid backup can quickly annoy you if you lack patience ... Indeed, its biggest flaw is its handling and its very awkward interface.
Ultimately, Dragon's Dogma is an action-RPG that stands out for a terribly catchy fantasy universe, but imperfect; and his inordinate difficulty -to my humble view- transforms into Dark Souls a walkover ...
I highly recommend it to players who like challenges and have a lot of time to play ...
