4 stars because I liked it, it's useful, it focuses on a well-known danger of our society, whether it is complete and well organized, and that it is not too complicated walk (a little bigger than I supposed to) ... And it contains interesting information. This is a book for reprints: it will not last for years with new inventions additives ... 5 Not because I do not like all cite Wikipedia articles, websites and books which one is unsure of the bias of the authors of the studies rather than directly, perhaps more accessible but frankly less rigorous. There are certainly studies, it gives an aspect-oriented alarmist, it is less well. And for detail, I would have liked the red and orange colors are less close (not including that there is no color difference between the "avoid" and "avoid at all costs"). In conclusion, because I want to finish on this note: this book mentions against two studies on health effects of additives cocktails. Given the multi-daily consumption that in fact it is likely that the cocktail of effect is much more deleterious than the addition of the additives. Good incentive to minimize the purchase of processed products.
