I ordered this spoon for my 8 months old son and have to say that I was expecting something more. The spoon turns while fine if the food is too hot, but the feeding is awkward. The handle is to be kept in my opinion is too short to optimally and is made of hard plastic. Should be that the handle "slip", I could not discover. The tip of the spoon is made of flexible plastic; also is commendable that they are dishwasher safe. We use this spoon only from time to time - so not necessarily a worthwhile purchase.
