The MegaGear "Ever Ready" is exactly what I expected from a retro bag. She reminds me of my first leather bag from Agfa. It is true that the display may not be swing. Not when tightening the locking screw in particular. The locking screw slightly loose already helping - but is not a solution. My trick: Insert a washer between bag and camera. This helps to essentials distance. There are nämloch only 1 to 1.5 mm. This panning works without problems and the screw can be tightened. One point deduction, because you more fit, the would with a tiny can spare.
