In brief: The headphones noise so strong that you almost nothing else is listening. Furthermore, they are so quiet that one understands hardly anything on maximum level.

The sound quality I would with a shell that you stick to your ear, compare. Any mobile headphones are the clearest sound fireworks against these things.
