Other points I would not forgive: the pillow is described as down pillows, only near the bottom in the description it is pointed out that (apparently most of) the filling of "air cushion sticks" (exact material unknown) exists. In fact, this pad behaves in use as a pillow with synthetic filling: it jumps again relatively quickly back to the original, rigid form, feels "doughy" rather airy and can not be easily "hinknuffen" as an "old-school" - feather pillows.
For me, the pillow was also floored after one week use daily, despite shaking and airing. In conjunction with the rigid "handling" ensures the maximum discomfort; In principle, one situated on a large, rigid plates "pancakes".
Synthetic pillows, also good quality, there are much cheaper. Since we understandably can not return the pillows, this was an expensive bad buy for me.
