An extraordinary book about a subject matter so little

I bought it a week ago and I have almost finished. This book is simply fascinating! The history of incense is painstakingly traced through the ages and civilizations. The ingredients and their uses (plants, resins, wood) are very well detailed and revenue whet curiosity, even if some ingredients are not readily available commercially or have a certain cost.
