The best cheesecake I ate, it was an afternoon of sunshine in a small pastry shop on 9th Avenue. Since then, all the others seemed bland to the recipe ... Mark Grossman. Taste his cheese cake gave me the same feeling as in his biting Proust madeleine. Just for this "return" to New York, I do not regret having bought this book is a gold mine for gourmands.
