"Colors" is perhaps permanently from my Lieblingststudiowerk songwriter. It stands out, on the one of many others from that there really is no weak point on the disc! The humorous pieces have so much depth that you can hear it even 100 times without having to be bored. For example, "The label" (always on) or "Without You" (Beacon) nice, witty pieces, but I catch myself that these are the numbers that listen for 10 times to lose anyway. This happens when children pants ballad or in Luciano's Restaurant (at least to me) not. The melancholy or critical pieces are all at an extremely high level. Here at Mey was how it looks a whole lot of input that had to be processed. Again, in my opinion falls from no song, the topics are varied and give rise also in the x-th pass voltage. But the best part is the production! So I've always been my problems Mey. Here a Bontempi-chen, there's a Instrumentchen .... I think that it needs not just everything. Guitar, piano, finished! Many Mey studio albums are for me therefore to lengths inferior to the corresponding live recordings. Color is the maximum production for me! While the disc is no longer the youngest and Nanga Parbat "sounds" better, but color is in terms of arrangements of the songs as a whole, the most successful work of Meys. Imho! And therefore can be found here five star! Quite clear buy. Playing tips: Actually not matter ...!
