... These words open up "Tanzwut" quasi their newest album and take the listener into its medieval (singing) world! I think that there are no second formation which so skillfully various elements of medieval music, NDH, industrial rock and may as' "Tanzwut" link electro pop each other. Lyrically the Middle Ages Rocker deal with familiar topics, topped with a generous helping of superstition. Not only the album title indicates, thoughtful way, the album 13 also appeared on a Friday, and of course also contains 13 tracks. One thing I want to anticipate, for me is "Friday the 13th" by far the strongest "Tanzwut" album - and I have all! The interplay between medieval and modern instruments has been perfected on this album. The absolutely everything as the "chalk and cheese", what other formations like once acting bored or cheesy appear on "Friday the 13th" thought out and perfectly. The songs feature sophisticated, varied arrangements and rousing melodies go immediately into the blood. "Friday the 13th." is a very varied album with great sing-along choruses become what the results at no time get bored - class! With "bread and circuses" it goes straight going very fast and full of atmosphere, the chorus sits down immediately in the cerebellum firmly and invites you to sing along. In this style it comes with "brothers in spirit", "Friday the 13th" and "Toyland" continues - Bright Lights! As almost ballad I would "Time heals all wounds" refer to, this song provides the opportunity for a little breather before with "sinless" the pace is picked up again. Ever acts "Friday the 13th" like a car without brakes, the guys are all the time on the accelerator and create the feat taking care not to fall out of the curve. "Thief of Time", "Past is past", "hall of mirrors" and "until the sun rises" feature varied and challenging song structures. "Never again" and "If we perish" look very dark and a bit moody, but make sure the "Friday the 13th" never boring works. "The Devil's Bride" and "until the sun rises" are two of these fleets firecrackers with great melodic choruses and definitely one of my highlights - these songs work on concerts determined sensational!
My conclusion: "Friday the 13th" have "Tanzwut" date created their strongest album. This all seems very well thought out and sophisticated, you realize that there was a plan that was implemented perfectly. The interaction of different genres and instruments were perfected in my opinion - because absolutely everything! If you like rock medieval music will be determined at its own expense in this album - I liked it from the first run to. A few are likely to again be "forever Yesterday" road swing this famous "commercial warfare" - forget these birds and let yourself the fun through this stupid "Genöle" do not spoil. The album is really from the "top shelf"! Two thumbs up!
