The problem is that each of the keys simply has an arbitrary pressure point. Some have a perfect (for me) pressure point to other soft one, and yet others too hard. I thought originally that it was only because of my mouse, but after I got a spare mouse (the gauge of old has problems) is striking that just all Unbutton have this arbitrariness.
That's a No 80 at a mouse in my opinion. Therefore, here a star deduction.
However, that was also all I have to say negative. The positioning of the 9 thumb buttons is really super successful. You can reach all different and easily. The DPI up / down button was made something of activist left of the Left Click. Serves well to the fact that they are not pressed accidentally. In my opinion, is not necessary, but it does not hurt.
Mouse wheel and main keys can be pressed also great, so have a good feedback, which strikes me again that my right mouse button feels different than the left (was the first mouse is not so). Mouse wheel also feels super ,. Clicking works well.
The button in the middle of the mouse (behind the wheel) can be achieved somewhat difficult, but is good to push anyway.
Aside from the buttons the mouse is really super processed and feels very high quality. By the metal chassis, the mouse has a slightly higher weight than other mice, which I welcome, however. The sensor (even if under "professionals" controversial) also works well. The high DPI is indeed completely useless for me because I use a maximum of 2,200, but that one has the opportunity to set high DPI is definitely not a negative point.
For software:
The software is at a point unfortunately a little lacking.
Basically, many settings can easily implement, macros are easily made. Basically, the program is to understand quickly.
However Multimedia Settings are missing as an option for any keys. You can adjust anywhere pause / play, next track, mute and further, what I personally find very unfortunate because it offers the many keys also while browsing use meaningful.
I have created here with me "Autohotkey" replacement, although this is not as trivial as a simple function in the program could have been.
Otherwise, I have nothing bad to say about the mouse. Gambling that is needed to get a good mouse is of course total crap. So you should be prepared to send back some mice, if you have interest in the M95. The fact is worth in my opinion though.
Accordingly: buy recommendation with a few limitations.
Addendum of 02/23/2014:
The magic number for me was 5
That is after 4 returns, I finally get a mouse that seems to have no problems. To me it was worth it. I hope the problems of production here express not defective in premature.
