Machine is Standfest, even on a tea towel with "slight" back pressure (Pos. 2 when turning).
Without this dishcloth is then clean and firmly on the ground.
Salami was thinly sliced, shredded or not like. The salami slices are really thin. Supermarket strength it creates definitely.
Wholemeal bread was easily cut without the engine had to go in the "knee". Bread is also not depend on the blade, but lands notwithstanding the catch tray. The disc can not or something breaks. She cuts the bread, as one would expect.
My brother has a Graef Master M9 (220 + ham knife). I have to say the price / performance comparison has won the machine after a short test. The quality of Graef M9 does seem a better quality, but also costs 3-4 times.
Definitely a buy recommendation, primarily because of second diameter that would otherwise quickly alone usually cost 20-30.
Just buy it for the price.
