According to the package label wipes to remove even waterproof make-up. As for the make-up removal, they flunked me anyway, both in the regular make-up products, as well as in the water-resistant. In order to remove at least lipstick and mascara reasonably, I had to wipe over with the towels umpteen times and with much pressure. The skin in these areas was dark after treatment, mascara and lipstick were still recognizable (though much paler). Not even the Foundation was removed neatly with the towels. After cleaning with the towels (I have multiple uses), I'm still down for testing purposes with a rag soaked in water face cotton ball over the face and realized that the cleaning result was really quite inadequate. I am at the evening make-up removal very conscientious and make a point that really all traces of makeup are removed completely - my skin is able to regenerate at night. The wipes are completely useless for this purpose for me.
In the morning the facial cleansing is of course easier and faster, but also for this purpose, I do not want to use the wipes. They are intended, according to package label for dry and sensitive skin. My skin is sensitive and dry. It falls therefore exactly in the target group - and this is exactly why the wipes are thanks to their ingredients not suitable at all, at least not for the regular (daily) use. First, they contain alcohol. For normal or oily skin no problem and possibly even positive, because alcohol cleans well known. However, it can also irritate sensitive skin and dries out - and that's for anyway dry skin a possible bad effect. Secondly, the product contains the apparently very popular with Nivea Dimethicone, a water-insoluble silicone. This addition may well make sense, since silicone sets through the skin and thus optically ensures a smoother skin appearance in some cosmetic products (eg in a Foundation or a primer). For a product that cleanse the skin - thus rid of dirt and any debris - should, silicone is not only not useful, but counterproductive. Why should I remove my makeup when I zukleistere the pores in the same operation again ?! That the wipes are also perfumed (and unnecessary for a product for sensitive skin nonsense) and contain, inter alia, the hormonally active methylparaben, then also no longer surprised. Since it seems almost like a mockery, that on the front with natural (!) Almond oil is advertised.
Conclusion: For me, the towels are largely useless. Your cleaning performance while removing make is totally inadequate, their ingredients are suboptimal at least for dry and sensitive skin with regular use.
