So a picture quality, especially the uniform sharpness into the corners, I would not have kept at a Zoom (wide-angle!) For possible my Zeiss 25 2.8 is available for the image quality (sharpness, contrast, resolution) in nothing. Quality of workmanship is very valuable and corresponds to absolute professional quality, but requires the strong curvature of the front lens and the diameter of care with the weight and proposes to beech. The lens is worth the price! Who much with filters (eg Grauverlauffilter etc.) working should not buy the lens, which can not be used because of the curvature of the front lens.
