Originally wanted the LED LENSER H14R.2 purchase of two brothers, but then decided to use the lamp with more lumens. The packaging of the lamp is very (!) Small and compact. In it the lamp, headband, belt clip, two spare seals, 2 batteries (not loaded), and the instructions. Commissioning is easy, the mode of the battery or battery type has to be selected via the A, Off switch. The lamp has eight light modes. According to the tactile number and print length on the A, Off switch, this allows the selection. This one has just read in peace times and try a couple of times when each mode is as driven. The pressure point of the button is good, the headband is to clean without pressing and is both the head circumference as well as in the head height adjustable. The lamp receptacle of silicone does not press on the forehead. To emit light: for me the uniform illumination of the space in front of me was crucial. And that is in the highest level (maximum mode) very good (light color white). There is no disturbing light cone, the space before me is lit excellent. The modes below (down to "firefly") are not required for my application, I do not judge so well. The service life of the supplied batteries are severely limited in the highest mode. I recommend rechargeable Li-ion battery (type 18650; Attention: suitable charger is not the top sellers is available here ...) Logically, the lamp body when using the maximum mode is significantly warmer. All in all, for my purpose (funzlige rooms, installation at the customer) a very good product with a very good price.
