The plug itself is well made.
Well, the 120 Ohm resistor is easily soldered and can actually go hardly broken.
The rubber sleeve which closes the plug has fallen to me in one of four connectors in a short time. One should grasp the plug only to the metal housing one around him and put out.
Functioning he does without grommet: Clear.
