After 2 months, again the same tragedy ... Again, the hard drive is not detected, Windows requires a formatting of the disk in order to be able to access it.

Actually make repairs using tools that exactly, was no longer possible, even after the tools went through about 2 days. A tool has, however, been able to recognize data from the hard drive and secure, only was the whole Dateibezeichung and grouping etc. destroyed ... so were the data nevertheless useless ...

If I could, I would reclaim the money from Intenso ... Anyway, I never buy myself a hard drive from Intenso, actually nothing more from Intenso ...
