Worth it even if you "only" SATA II!

I own this SSD twice. Once in my laptop and even my desktop computer.
In both it performs its service very reliable with a damn good speed. No read / write error, consistently good performance, low power consumption - what is meant by an SSD just as imagined.

The power consumption makes the laptop of course noticeable: The battery life has increased a half to three quarters of an hour about. With a battery life that is over 4 hours anyway not so important, but it is now coming more from a power source.
What certainly does very well noticeable in other laptops - which is not the case with my, is the volume. On my laptop, the fan runs to go through, but be characterized with other laptops is quiet a lot.

I can only recommend this SSD. Meanwhile, however, I would probably rather grab the successor of 840 (Pro).
