I use this bag already for about a year (or longer?) And am totally satisfied. For 2 shoes, 2 flip-flops, towel, shirt, pants, gloves, 2 wristbands, training bottle and 2 Straps here is enough space available. In the front pocket I then shower gel, deodorant and shampoo packaged.
