Pro:
+ Good price
+ Is OK so you first has a fluid head
+ Stable moniterbar
+ Light weight

Cons:
- Rotary arm loosens ever and must be screwed right in the rotation again
- Is the passage of the head balanced (when moving the start and end is difficult) not
- When turning the head sometimes sticks firmly to
- Resistance is not adjustable
- Cork plate radiates fairness, very unprofessional

I am using the fluid head with a Manfrotto 055XPROB Pro.
