We have used the pan for frying, Chili con carne and packet soups (pasta, noodles, etc.) because it can be so easy to clean.
We are (relatively cautiously) went in with knife fork and spoon in the pan, after 6 years of use the pan has a few surface scratches, but the coating is intact.
