Very good sauce

Am an absolute focus eaters. But this sauce has a so sensationally pleasant smoke flavor that I then no longer lack sharpness.
What in the sauce still impresses me, although she has such a good intense flavor, it does not cover the taste of meat or sausages surprisingly, sd. Supported him.
Whether to grill chops, kebabs, minced roast or fried chicken filet, the sauce fits.

Last year I had tried it with brushing / marinating meat and barbeque afterwards, but that did less well worked out: the flavor of the sauce was gone after grilling, the meat right Lind. Probably would pepper extra heard and I had been too timid when brushing / marinating.
