I do not remember exactly when I last so by a new Slayer disc was impressed. Maybe it was in "Seasons in the Abyss" and then it was indeed only loyal fan. Incomprehensible, I find that some here Fans claim "South of Heaven" was a highlight, I still remember exactly how lax this disc after the alltime favorite "rib" was. Only after the return to work of Dave Lombardo went really artistic uphill. But what there is here enables the real fan in ecstasy; the disc is not as retro as some claim here. I think it is the most massive and schwerverdaulichste disc probably since "rib" and that is also the fact that Jeff Hanneman again contributed some tracks, and thus has The classic blend of Kerry King and Hanneman grenades Pieces has come about. Now I could go into details, but have the other reviewers already wonderfully made. Noteworthy however, is that the inclined handset times wonderful to the Integration of Lombardo's drums and the magic of the reef Hanneman / King should pay.
Conclusion: The best disc for years. A well-balanced Mix of old and especially new (!) Strengths Slayer. For listeners who are open to change. Where are please that bands that can keep up here. 5 Stars.
