This panel really does not fit on their own in an E46. I have at the left and right side of the bezel to the places where it is very much filed off, because the bar otherwise would no longer engage behind the bar in the car. But now it fits fairly and we see nothing of it when it is installed again. As in some other reviews also already stand that it does not fit easily, I knew what was coming at me, but the low price and the adapter is to me enough compensation for the effort.
