Positives:
- The material quality is very good (no hard plastic).
- You are well in hand (weight).
- The keys are large and the pressure point of the keys is very good indeed (now rare)!
- The display is easy to read, the background can be adjusted.
- There are many preset modes, night mode (you can set up a number range that can call the evening after a certain time, stays with other numbers the phone to silent). There is also a blacklist, where you can block unwanted callers numbers.
Negatives:
- The menu and the individual menu transitions need an eternity between clicking and reaction (even my cell phone from the 90s was the faster). I do not know how 2014 can obstruct such a slow chip at all !? A shame for Panasonic.
- There are about 40 adjustable ringer melodies, unfortunately, only 2 of them useful, the classic phone ringing, there are not ;-(
- Only AAA batteries installed, even though enough space for AA was there. In addition, they have only 550mAh (my old Philips still had 800), an exchange batteries with higher capacity is really recommendable.
- The price of just 65 is a duo set without AB but rather in the upper price range.
Tip: The range is no better or worse than other DECT phones. In my opinion that the standard transmission power with DECT is unfortunately owed. However, I have observed that the range increases when you activate the encryption connection in your phone.
Overall I would recommend this kit because of the good quality material and stop buttons, but only to people who can live with a slow menu, otherwise the permanent torture.
