Class sound, but "hardware problems" - Other owners: please (maybe the opposite) confirm if an individual case

3 months I had the headphones - unfortunately hardly used because the iPhone 5 headphones proved to be surprisingly good sound quality. But the dense absolutely not at all from outside noise and slipping the move lack gumming quickly. The AKGs against seal pretty good and slip rather little (the old Sony buttons held better thanks to low weight and small size, but you could hear a lot more cable noise when moving). Blades they do very well in any case, but I had the following problem:

When run with the winter jacket or lying in bed already at low movement was triggered constantly without touching Siri. As if one were to press the center button longer. If one audio book or listening to music that is naturally extremely annoying. I hope for AKG, that this was a "material error". The headphone is first sent back. Am superior to me to buy it again. Because I really want to have the iPhone control, just not much choice left ...
