The device is used primarily for surfing, reading e-mail and Skype. I have long hesitated with buying a cheap tablet so as I did not want to fall on your face in features and quality. Acer seems to be with the Iconia A1 managed the balancing act. The tablet fits comfortably in your hand and is pleasantly light. So far I had no negative impressions in terms of performance (I do not play elaborate games and movies so I look at the TV). The tablet I bought instead of a Kindle Fire HD 7 since the new Kindle model has no camera in order to use Skype. A positive side effect of the Acer A1 is the larger display in 4: 3 format. The display is slightly smaller than A5, as well as an iPad mini basically. The 4: 3 format has already been more display area than the film for pleasure optimized 16: 9. The decor is neat: - Micro HDMI port on your TV - Micro USB for connecting USB sticks or cameras via a USB OTG adapter cable - Front and rear camera
Negative only two cameras and the microphone are me so far noticed. The image quality is not very good and the micro takes significant handling noise on. But for Skype in bright light it is enough perfectly.
