After a fault after 2 months I noticed that the seller is guaranteed only 1 month. On the site of Western Digital hard disuqe is reported to have been purchased outside the European area and therefore is not eligible for 3 year manufacturer's warranty.

It's a scam AMAZON should not let pass this type of equipment on the marketplace because in the forums, I realize that the security problem is well known.
