In our wool pan coating has given during the warranty period. The answer of wool was, we had the pan overheated and used wrong fats. Strange - our Bratöl IS hocherhitzbar and for "hot" stuff (steaks etc) we have a stainless steel pan. If you so looking through the forums, we are not the only ones who have been cheated out of the warranty. Too bad, of "Made in Germany" at the price I would have expected more!
