My comparisons refer to the Gillette Fusion Power razor ProGlide I use so far. NB I do not use shaving gel but a shaving brush to lather my face.
Pro (compared to the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Power)
+ Processed even higher quality, is very well balanced in the hand
+ Flexible blade head (Flexball) simplifies shaving the neck / chin transition as it adapts to facial contours
Must shave + faster since one less difficult places go (Flexball)
+ Slightly wider Lubrastrip lets the razor glide more enjoyable
+ Leaves the feeling of a film of moisture on the skin after shaving (Lubrastrip).
+ (His felt) less plucking shaving, no irritation, no violations after 7 weeks.
+ Finally a Frustration-Free Packaging (back is made of cardboard)
Neutral (compared to the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Power)
- Excellent trimmer blade is indispensable particularly in the area under the nose
- Blades still too close together making unnecessarily complicated the rinse.
- Have not noticed any difference whether the power function which brings. On the other hand it does not hurt.
- As always usual top quality of Gillette blades both in sharpness and (former) longevity concerns.
Negative (compared to the Gillette Fusion ProGlide Power)
- Storage tray is less quality and the razor is less tight as before.
- Blades have again become more expensive times.
Conclusion:
Gillette is once again managed to develop the razor consistently and practically on. The jump is not as great as from Mach 3 to fusion but a very successful evolution simplifies the shaving.
Therefore, I can recommend this shaver any hesitation.
